Gas prices are up in Nova Scotia on Friday.
The minimum price for regular self-serve gas is now $1.284 in the Halifax area, which is up 2.8 cents per litre overnight.
Diesel has jumped 2.7 cents to sit at $1.184 per litre.
Prices were expected to rise after it was announced earlier this week the province’s energy regulator had approved an increase as a result of lost sales due to the pandemic.
