Prizes are not transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be substituted or converted to cash, except by Hot Country 103.5 as indicated below. Hot Country 103.5 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value, whether in cash or otherwise, if a prize cannot be awarded as described. Hot Country 103.5 however, will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prize or any part of the Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winners will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Prize or any such part of the Prize.

Any form of VALID government issued photo identification.

Regretfully, the declared official winner must claim their prize with their own ID.

You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 30 days for daily prizes ($50.00-$500). Prizes valued at $500-$5000.00, you are eligible to win after 1 year.

You have 30 days to claim your prize from the date of your win. If you are not able to claim your prize within the 30 day time-frame, please phone the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 1 week only. If you do not make an official arrangement with reception or promotions, your prize will be forfeited. Please ensure that you always call reception at 902-429-1035 to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up. These rules are subject to change with notice from the station. Some restrictions apply. Winners will be notified by telephone.

Unfortunately Hot Country 103.5 cannot mail prizes.

• If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, Hot Country 103.5 is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
• For Movie Premiers – All seating for Hot Country 103.5 movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
