Nova Scotia Power is reporting as of 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday electricity has been restored to Lower Sackville, Lakeview, Windsor Junction, as well as parts of Waverley and Bedford.

A large power outage is impacting homes and businesses in HRM.
Nova Scotia Power is reporting nearly 15,000 customers are without electricity as of 7 a.m. on Wednesday in the areas of Lower Sackville, Lakeview, Windsor Junction, as well as parts of Waverley and Bedford.
The cause is being cited as “transmission interruption.”
A reminder if you see any traffic lights out at intersections to treat them as an all-way stop.
It’s expected power will be restored by 8:30 am.
