Power has been restored in Dartmouth as of 9:50 a.m. Tuesday.
The Nova Scotia Power Outage map shows the electricity is back on for those businesses and homes that were impacted in parts of Downtown Dartmouth and Woodside.

Nova Scotia Power is reporting an outage in Dartmouth.
It says about 1,600 businesses and homes are without electricity in parts of Downtown Dartmouth and Woodside.

The cause is being investigated.
The estimated time of restoration is 12:15 on Tuesday afternoon, but the utility says this time will be updated once crews assess the site.
