A massive fire has destroyed part of a lumber plant in southwestern Nova Scotia
The blaze is at Lewis Mouldings, a family owned business for over 50 years in Weymouth.
It’s believed the plant employed about 100 workers.
Firefighters were called to the scene before 7 p.m. on Tuesday night and battled the flames overnight.
Roughly 20 fire departments were sent racing to try and control the massive blaze.
The plant is the largest employer in the community.
No injuries reported from the fire.
