In late 2019 (just 4 months before the world turned up-side down with the Covid 19 pandemic), Luminate Co opened its doors as HRM’s new Modern Comprehensive Wellness Destination. Locally owned and operated by a wife and husband team, supported by one of the most energized, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful teams you’ll find
anywhere – the team is incredibly passionate about the importance of health and wellness for both people and planet and the interconnectedness of the two. This one-stop wellness destination exists to make all things health, wellness and sustainability more accessible for our local community.
Located on Starboard drive in Bedford (Just off of Larry Uteck) Luminate Co Wellness Market offers a vast selection of products to support sustainable, healthy and well rounded lifestyle including Organic Produce, Organic bulk foods, specialty foods (i.e. vegan, gluten-free, keto, etc), natural beauty & personal care products, natural health supplements, sustainable, low waste living products and a zero waste refillery. Under the same roof you’ll find Luminate Co Wellness Centre – a multidisciplinary Wellness Clinic offering Naturopathic Medicine, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Reiki and Nutritional Counselling. Soon to launch also is Luminate Co Wellness Studio – Offering a range of complementary low-impact & mindful based holistic health approaches ranging from Pilates & Barre to Yoga & Meditation.
The team has been fortunate to connect well with and support the community throughout the toughest times of the pandemic and looks forward to continuing to grow with and give back, to continue to raise awareness of key issues we and our community are passionate about and to continue making solutions accessible.
