The 26th Parade of Lights took place on Saturday night in downtown Halifax with thousands of residents lining the streets.
The Holiday tradition was cancelled last year because of COVID-19, but returned this year with dozens of floats and a visit from Santa Claus to kick off the Christmas season!
The weather was perfect, not too warm and not too cold. I’ve walked in some of them when it was minus 20 with the wind-chill, like in 2019, or in 2006 when we were in shirt sleeves.
Hi to all the Hot Country listeners that gave us some shout outs and waves along the way.
