Taylour Stevens and Nova Scotia’s junior women’s curling team are celebrating a big win.
They took the national championship with a 7-5 victory over Ontario last Friday, to go undefeated at the tournament in Stratford.
With the victory, Team Nova Scotia moves on to the world juniors in 2023.
It’s a first for the team, as they were coming off a bronze medal performance at nationals in 2020.
The team curls out of the Halifax Curling Club, and also features Lauren Ferguson, Alison Umlah and Cate Fitzgerald.
