You might need to take a detour when you get behind the wheel on Tuesday morning.
Halifax Harbour Bridges has announced two lanes, one in each direction, will be closed on the MacKay Bridge for emergency repairs.
The lane reductions will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A news release says the work will involve the two south lines due to issues with paving, which are creating a “pressing safety concern.”
