Some of the best costumes and most fun are ones that were made at home.
It’s all I ever really had growing up and into adulthood.
I was a Chilean coal miner one year, Debbie Gibson another…hey, I was a HUGE fan.
Also pulled off a local hero in the IWK’s neurosurgeon Dr. Daniel McNeely one year.
Remember the doc who worked on his young patient’s teddy bear? That guy!
It’s a great opportunity to show your creative side and have the most unique costumes on the streets of HRM.
It’s also MUCH cheaper!
Some timely and topical ideas this year COULD include…
Hurricane Fiona
The Queen
King Charles
NSP Crews
Nathan MacKinnon
