Nova Scotia Music Week is returning to Sydney starting tomorrow, November 3rd and going until this Sunday November 6th.
Since its inception in 1997, the music community has gathered together to participate in a range of business training and networking opportunities while celebrating our artists and industry professionals.
Nova Scotia Music Week engages the Music Nova Scotia membership and music industry at large while showcasing emerging and established artists to the public, including workshops, receptions, over 100 showcases and the Music and Industry Awards.

It has grown immensely since the inception of the event in 1997, contributing over $2 million to Nova Scotia’s economy annually and is about connecting the people and communities of Nova Scotia to the music the province is known for.
The event attracts over 1100 music industry professionals and 7000 members of the general public.
Some of our Hot Country 1035 friends on stage include Lisa Richard, Brooklyn Blackmore and more.
There’ll be performances on the Hot Country 1035 Stage at the old Triangle on Charlotte Street.
