Well, my book The Ultimate Hockey Joke Book “Laugh Your Face Off!” is now out in Nova Scotia bookstores and online.
This project has been in the works for a couple of years, and I have a lot of people to thank for making this dream come true.
Firstly, to Jeff Cox, Vernon Oickle, John MacIntyre and all the folks at MacIntyre Purcell Publishing for guiding me through this process over many emails and phone calls. The hours put into this were truly a labour of love.
Vernon first approached me about writing a joke book after hearing my “Bad Dad Joke” feature on Hot Country 1035.
Thanks my Radio Program Director at the time JD, Jason Desrosiers, who allowed me to grill my co-hosts Dana Thompson, Denyse Sibley and Kelli Rickard on Hot Country Mornings with daily zingers.

This week, I learned my book became a Best Seller for Humour in Sports on Amazon.ca while I was on the treadmill at the gym. A thrill!
