A couple of Nova Scotia hockey officials have been called up to the Professional Womens’s Hockey League.
A huge congratulations goes out to Halifax’s Sophie Thomson and Shauna Neary from Antigonish on becoming the first Nova Scotians on the PWHL officiating crew.

Sophie will be working the lines while Shauna is working as a referee.
My son, Referee Drake Robinson, has worked with Shauna in the MHL (Maritime Hockey League) over the years and he is happy to hear both Shauna and Sophie get these important assignments.

Congrats ladies and good luck calling games in the PWHL!
