Last night we took in a taping of “This Hour Has 22 Minutes” in downtown Halifax.
Their studio is next to the Lighthouse Arts Centre, the former World Trade and Convention Centre, at 1800 Argyle Street.
After years of being a fan of 22, it was cool to see how the show is made in front of a live studio audience. The cast are awesome featuring Mark Critch, Aba Amuquandoh, Stacey McGunnigle, Trent McClellan and Chris Wilson.
Chris did a great job on “I’m Justin” performed by Justin Trudeau! The (I’m Just Ken Parody)
The iconic Canadian news satire show is in it’s 31st season keeping Canadians entertained while keeping politicians on their toes.

It was neat to meet the cast (above with my wife Roxanne in the middle) and grab a picture after the show.
I told Trent that we had a son named Trent. He said “That’s awesome!”
Cheers to “22” and here’s to many more seasons of laughs! Last night’s show air tonight (Tuesday) at 8 on CBC.
