Your Halifax Mooseheads wrap up their 30th regular season this weekend with a “Double Herder” in Saint John facing the Sea Dogs.
Halifax has been in control of the season series with four wins, one regulation loss and one overtime loss.
A busload of Moose fans are making the trip to Southern New Brunswick to cheer on The Herd for puck drops at 7pm tonight and Saturday afternoon at 4pm.
Round 1 of the QMJHL Playoffs starts a week from tonight here in Moose Country when the Herd host former Moose Bobby Orr and the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
The Titan have been a thorn is the side of the Mooseheads all season, so it’s expected to be a tough series.
The Mooseheads finished first in the Maritimes Division, second in the Eastern Conference with Bathurst finishing 7th.
Playoff tickets went on Sale today.
