The Princess of Wales is cancer free.
Kate Middleton made the announcement on X, Monday afternoon.
She said as summer comes to an end, it is a “relief” to have completed her chemotherapy treatment and that the last nine months have been incredibly tough.
“The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.”
Middleton says her focus is to stay “cancer free” but her path to healing and a full recovery is long.
She adds, her and Prince William are grateful for the support they have received.
In March, the princess announced she had undergone major abdominal surgery in January where cancer was found.
At the time, she was in the early stages of chemotherapy.
