From May 31 to October 30, the Oval will be open daily — 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 8 p.m. on weekends.
Visitors can borrow equipment including bikes, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, and helmets at no cost, with valid ID.
Electric and Segway-style devices are not allowed.
