There may be evacuations Wednesday evening for some residents in the Annapolis County.
Nova Scotia Emergency Management says it is due to the wildfire near Hoyt Lake.
It is for residents on the 4800 Block of West Dalhousie Road near Godfrey Lake.
DNR says residents should be prepared to evacuate.
The fire is estimated to be about eight hectares in size.
