A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was shot at in Dartmouth.
Police say he was found around 11 a.m., Thursday, near Wright Avenue and Garland Avenue and taken to hospital.
Officers do not believe he was shot at in the location where he was found. They also do not think the incident was random and continue to investigate.
