You might want to buckle up as gas prices are set to spike again on Friday.
The fuel company Wilsons is predicting gas will climb nearly 3 cents per litre in Nova Scotia at midnight.
Diesel is set to rise by about one cent per litre.

Prices have been climbing in Nova Scotia in recent weeks, getting close to $1.50 in the Halifax area.
Our neighbours in New Brunswick have reached that number. The new maximum price for regular self-serve is $1.512 per litre as of Thursday morning.
That is an increase of 3.5 cents after the weekly setting by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
The rising prices are being attributed to an international energy resource shortage that has been paired with a surging demand as the global economy tries to emerge from the pandemic.
One of the factors influencing the price of gas is the price of oil, which is pushing $83 a barrel this week.
The spike doesn’t just impact your fuel tank, it also leads to increased shipping and delivery costs for businesses.
