Back on April 25, Luke Combs teased some big news when he cryptically wrote on social media, “Two weeks.” Well, now the country singer has revealed that he’s dropping a new song this month–but only after first trying to fake out his fans. “New music update (please read the whole post before commenting),” he wrote Wednesday. “For all intents and purposes, I had plans to release new music this year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it unfortunately isn’t going to happen.”
He then continued, “JK…’Beer Never Broke My Heart’ out a WEEK FROM TODAY ON MAY 8 AT 9AM EDT!” If that track’s title sounds familiar, it’s because Combs is currently on the road for his 2019 Beer Never Broke My Heart tour.
