Lady Antebellum has released a new single, “What If I Never Get Over You.” Produced by Dann Huff, and co-written by Sam Ellis, Ryan Hurd, Laura Veltz and John Green, the powerful mid-tempo ballad addresses heartbreak head-on. “What If I Never Get Over You” is also the group’s first release for new label Big Machine Records, a shift that Hillary Scott tells Entertainment Tonight exclusively seemed right for the band.
“There was so much change going on in our personal lives and we just started to feel like we really needed something different.” These changes include three new babies born since Lady A’s last album, 2017’s Heart Break, as well as a creative evolution: According to Charles Kelley, it’s been “a very artistic season and a very fearless season for the band.”
