Nova Scotian singer/songwriter Samantha Power is a fun and energetic 24 year old. Her first single, “Broke Down Heart”, has been released to Canadian radio. Samantha collaborated with Steve Fox and Tim Taylor to write this song and worked with Riverpoint Films to create a “Broke Down Heart” video.
Growing up in Timberlea, Nova Scotia Samantha’s earliest musical influences were country artists such as Jewel, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Alison Krauss and Martina McBride. Her family will tell you that even as a child everyone could tell Samantha was going to be a performer. She was always singing the latest hit and aspiring to be the next big star. ~ Samantha Power
