The Hallmark Channel will reinstate TV commercials featuring same-sex couples that it pulled after complaints from a conservative advocacy group.
It removed them to avoid controversy but doing so immediately sparked criticism on social media and thousands of tweets urging viewers to boycott Hallmark.
Crown Media Family Networks says it apologizes for the decision to pull the ads and says they are truly sorry for the hurt and disappointment it caused.
