With a Thomas Rhett feel, “Nothing Bigger Than The Small Things,” has all the elements to
get you moving with a fresh melodic hook and lyrics that focus on the important things in life.
It was co-produced by esteemed LA producer Justin Gray (produced such acts as John Legend,
Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande) and Juno nominated producer Peter Daniel Newman.
Co-written with Toronto based producer Karen Kosowski
(worked with such artists as Kira Isabella, Madeline Merlo and Brett Kissel).
Singles “My Whole World”, “Heart Starts Stopping,” “Love Always Wins” and “Broke and Happy”
has earned him a combined total of over 5000 spins nationally on Canadian Country Radio.
Lane placed in the top 10 regional finals of the National CBC Searchlight Radio Contest,
performed at the East Coast Music Awards, and represented his home province of
Newfoundland and Labrador in the CCMA Spotlight Performance Contest.
His debut single My Whole World earned him a semi-finalist spot in the
distinguished Unsigned Only Songwriting competition.
A previous accolade awarded by the prestigious International
Songwriting Competition was a top 10 finish for his single “Only One.” ~ Blair Lane
