Canadians coast to coast will unite at 7 pm for a Virtual Vigil, a loving tribute to the victims lost in this weeks Nova Scotia tragedy.
Tiffiany Ward has been working with friends and neighbours to organize the vigil. She says “You’d usually get together as a community, stand shoulder-to-shoulder and grieve along with the families who are suffering and lend them our support,” she said. “We can’t do any of those things we’d normally do together in person.”
There will be special musical guests like the Stanfields and JP Cormier with leaders speaking. Prime Minster Justin Trudeau is to take part.
Nova Scotia Remembers a 2 hour Virtual Vigil will be on CTV, CBC and online.
