The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s Blainville-Broisbriand Armada has suspended operations indefinitely because 18 members of the team tested positive for the virus.
They’ve been placed in isolation for 14 days.
The Armada team is located in a Montreal suburb.
The Sherbrooke Phoenix also suspended in-person activities after playing the Armada twice on the weekend.
It’s business as usual for Q League teams here in the Atlantic Bubble.
The Halifax Mooseheads host the Moncton Wildcats Friday night at 7 here in Moose Country.
