Former Halifax Mooseheads star goalie Zach Fucale has been recalled by the NHL’s Washington Capitals!
Zac, who’s 25 now, has been a pro since 2015 but has yet to appear in an NHL regular season game.
He was originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the second round in 2013, he has also been in the Vegas Golden Knights and Tampa Bay Lightning systems and has spent the majority of this season on Washington’s taxi squad.
Zach was a huge part of the Halifax Mooseheads dream team that won the QMJHL President Cup and Memorial Cup in 2013.
Good luck Fooks!
