Two people are facing drug trafficking charges after police searched a Halifax residence on Monday.
Regional Police say the search on Supreme Court, near Dutch Village Road, was carried out by investigators with the Drug Unit as part of an ongoing investigation.
Police say they seized cocaine, roughly 20 pounds of cannabis, over $39,000, and body armour.
The 25-year-old man and 28-year-old woman have both been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of illicit cannabis, possession of cannabis for the purpose of distribution, and possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling.
The man is also facing a charge of possession of property obtained by crime. The woman has been charged with failing to comply with the condition of a release order.
Both are set to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date.
