The province’s health authority is urging people to get tested for COVID-19 after a low turnout on the weekend.
Nova Scotia Health says a significant number of appointments at primary assessment centres remained unfilled across the province during the past few days.
Public health reminds Nova Scotians there continues to be community spread in Central Zone and Cape Breton, while the Northern and Western Zones are being closely monitored.
You can schedule a test online, by calling 811, or you can head to a temporary pop-up testing site for a rapid test.
The province reported 54 new cases of the virus on Tuesday along with 102 recoveries. There are 846 cases considered active in Nova Scotia.
