
Halifax Regional Police have handed out stiff fines to two people under the Health Protection Act for failing to self-isolate.
Police were called around 12 p.m. on Tuesday to a report the pair from Halifax were not self-isolating as required after traveling outside the country.
They were each issued a ticket that carries a more than $2,400 fine.
