
Halifax Regional Police have now cleared the scene in Larry Uteck after asking the public to avoid the area early Friday morning.
In a Tweet at around 7 a.m., police asked residents to stay away from Larry Uteck and Bedros Lane due to their investigation.
They said there was no threat to public safety.
Police posted an update to social media shortly before 10:30 a.m. reporting they had cleared the area and thanked the public for their help.
HRP says further information will be provided when it’s available.
