Members of the Halifax RCMP helped rescue five people lost in the woods near Ingramport.
There were two adults and three young children under the age of five.
Police say they were lost in the woods for hours and called for help.
The group were wet and tired but otherwise fine.
The three young children were carried out of the woods by the RCMP members on scene.
