11:31 a.m.: The accident on the MacKay Bridge has been cleared and traffic is flowing freely.
Traffic is moving slowly over the Mackay Bridge.
Two lanes are blocked following an accident near 10 a.m. Friday.
Halifax Harbour Bridges tweeted there is heavy Halifax- and Dartmouth-bound traffic, and only one lane open in each direction.
