Halifax Regional Police have handed a man a hefty fine for stunting in Dartmouth.
Police say an officer spotted the vehicle on Main Street shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday, and its speed was clocked travelling over 130 km per hour in a 70 zone.
The 27-year-old was issued a ticket for stunting, which carries a more than $2,400 fine and assigns six points to the driver’s record.
The man has been suspended from driving for one week and his vehicle was impounded.
