The Canadian Hurricane Centre is out with its final update for the remnants of post-tropical storm Claudette.
It says showers will be heavy at times and gusty winds are likely over parts of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland on Tuesday.
This may cause pooling of water and localized flooding in vulnerable areas.
The Halifax area is expected to see about 10-20 mm of showers throughout the day and night, and it will be windy.
Winds will approach gale-force over the offshore waters of Nova Scotia.
A Tropical Cyclone Information Statement remains in effect.
