A family of four has been forced out of their home by a fire in Halifax.
The fire happened on Margaret Road in Cowie Hill at around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The Canadian Red Cross says in a Tweet the damage was minor, but the electricity had to be cut.
House fire 6pm Sunday caused only minor damage but electricity was cut, temporarily displacing family of 4: Margaret Rd in Cowie Hill area of #Halifax. Staying with relatives for now and being helped by @CanRedCrossNS volunteers with emergency purchases like food, clothing, etc.
