A man is facing charges after two people were threatened with a knife in Dartmouth.
Halifax Regional Police were called to Leaman Drive just before 9 p.m. on Thursday for a report that the 37-year-old had brandished the weapon against a man on a Halifax Transit bus.
Police were also approached by a man who said he had been robbed at knifepoint and his bike was stolen on Albro Lake Road.
The suspect was later arrested.
He’s been charged with several offences including robbery, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault of a police officer, breach of probation, and assault with a weapon in relation to the two separate files.
The man is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
