
Shots rang out in North Preston over the weekend in broad daylight.
Police say there was a shooting on North Preston Road at around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Roughly ten shots were fired off in the area. No injuries were reported.
Meantime, RCMP were also called to North Downey Road for a report of a shooting at around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
They say a black Subaru Impreza had been shot numerous times by a passing vehicle.
There were several people in the Subaru, but no one was hit. Multiple people were also reported to have been in the suspect vehicle at the time.
RCMP say the investigations are ongoing and are being led by the Halifax Integrated Guns and Gangs Unit with support from the RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
