The search is on for two suspects after a late night robbery at a pub in the city’s north end.
Halifax Regional Police were called to Jenny’s Place on Lady Hammond Road shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
Staff reported two men who were wearing masks came into the pub, and one said he had a weapon.
They wanted cash, and ran off once they received the money. Police say no one was hurt and no weapons were seen.
HRP has provided the following suspect descriptions:
“Suspect: Native Male, 30-40 years, medium build. Wearing: Black mask, black hooded shirt with dark jacket, and blue jeans.
Suspect: White Male, 30-40 years, thin build. Wearing: Red mask, black hooded shirt.”
Officers and a Police Service Dog have been actively searching for the men.
