If you want to drop-in for a COVID-19 test Public Health will have its mobile unit set up in Dartmouth on Wednesday.
Their bus will be at the Portland Hills Transit Terminal from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Testing is free and open to all ages.
Health officials will also have a mobile unit located in Wentworth at the Rec Centre on Highway 4 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Important notes when visiting the mobile unit:
- Unless you have symptoms you do not need to self-isolate while you wait for your results, unless directly advised by Public Health to isolate.
- The testing method is standard PCR swab or Swish and Gargle for children and youth. Preparation is required for gargle testing. View instructions.
- Please bring your health card with you, if you have one.
- When testing is offered outside, please dress accordingly.
Nova Scotia reported 25 new COVID cases on Tuesday. Province-wide, there are 137 active infections.
