Health officials are advising of potential exposures to COVID-19 at locations in the Halifax area and on three flights.
The latest list also includes a correction to the exposure notice sent out on October 4th for a location in the Western Zone.
Public Health is now sending out COVID precaution notifications and COVID exposure notifications, where your self-isolation and testing requirements will be based on your vaccination status.
- COVID precaution notifications will be issued if there has been a potential exposure of minimal risk to the public
- COVID exposure notifications will be issued when the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

COVID PRECAUTION NOTIFICATION:
If you were present at any of the following locations for at least 15 minutes on the named dates and times, you are required to follow the instructions in this table for a COVID-19 Precaution Notification based on your vaccination status.
- La Frasca Cibi & Vini (5650 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax) on September 27 between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 11.
- Seven Bays Bouldering-Café (114 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on September 30 between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 14
- Fit4Less – second floor weight room only (278 Lacewood Dr., Halifax) on:
o September 27 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
o October 2 between 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 16. - *CORRECTION TO ADDRESS* Hole in the Wall Restaurant (23 Water St., Windsor) on October 1 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 15.
- *CORRECTION TO DATE* Luckett Vineyards (1293 Grand Pre Rd., Wolfville) on October 2 between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 16.
- *CORRECTION TO DATE* Benjamin Bridge (1966 White Rock Rd., Wolfville) on October 2 between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 16.
- *CORRECTION TO DATE* Grand Pre Winery (11611 Evangeline Trail, Grand Pre) on October 2 between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 16.
COVID EXPOSURE NOTIFICATION:
If you were present at the following location or on the following flights in the specified rows and seats on the named dates and times for at least 15 minutes, you are required to follow the instructions in this table for a COVID-19 Exposure Notification based on your vaccination status.
- Seven Bays Bouldering-Gym (114 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on September 30 between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 14.
- WestJet 392 travelling on September 28 from Edmonton (10:30 p.m.) to Halifax on September 29 (6:09 a.m.) Passengers in rows 7-13, seats A, B, C and D. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 13.
- WestJet 250 travelling on October 1 from Toronto (3:40 p.m.) to Halifax (6:38 p.m.) Passengers in rows 16-22, seats C, D, E and F. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 15.
- Air Canada 7588 travelling on October 2 from Toronto (8:55 p.m.) to Sydney on October 3 (12:16 a.m.) Passengers in rows 14-20, seats A, C and D. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 17.
