Several arrested after out-of-control Acadia homecoming

Several people have been arrested or charged after homecoming parties at Acadia University in Wolfville spilled out of control this weekend.

Videos show students pouring onto the streets.

RCMP say the charges were laid for liquor and public health violations, as well as mischief.

Police say officers responded to complaints across the town from the afternoon through the early hours.

RCMP from Halifax had to be called in to assist.
