Health officials are out with their latest potential COVID-19 exposure list, which includes several locations in the Halifax area.
Public Health provides COVID precaution notifications and COVID exposure notifications, where your self-isolation and testing requirements will be based on your vaccination status.
- COVID precaution notifications will be issued if there has been a potential exposure of minimal risk to the public
- COVID exposure notifications will be issued when the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
COVID PRECAUTION NOTIFICATION:
- St. Margaret’s Centre – Smith Arena (12 Westwood Blvd., Upper Tantallon) on Dec. 1 between 5 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 15.
- Halifax Shopping Centre – Food Court (7001 Mumford Rd., Halifax) on Dec. 1 between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 15.
- The Press Gang Restaurant & Oyster Bar (5218 Prince St., Halifax) between 9 p.m. on Dec. 4 and 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 5. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.
- Mizu All You Can Eat (644 Portland St., Dartmouth) on Dec. 5 between 6:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.
- Five Guys (1630 Argyle St., Halifax) on Dec. 5 between 11:50 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.
- Halifax Transit Route #182 (First Lake Express) which ran from Sackville Terminal to Summer (QEII Health Sciences) on Dec. 6 between 6:18 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20.
COVID EXPOSURE NOTIFICATION:
- Air Canada 604 travelling on Dec. 1 from Toronto (9:15 a.m.) to Halifax (12:17 p.m.). Passengers in rows 12 to 17, seats A, C and D. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 15.
- Air Canada 1259 travelling on Dec. 4 from Orlando (12:20 p.m.) to Halifax (4:41 p.m.). Passengers in rows 16-22, seats A, C and D. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.
