On Monday I gave O Negative blood donation number 40 since 2014 with a Christmas donation.
With the Holiday season here, Canadian Blood Services are in need of donations to keep up with the demand.

Each donation can help save up to three lives, I donate as my son is a cancer survivor and blood donations are critical in a patients battle against the disease.
It takes less than an hour and can make a huge difference in someone’s life, the treats at the end are a bonus!
