Two people have been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in Dartmouth last week.
Police were called to Roleika Drive just after 4 a.m. last Thursday, where they found a 57-year-old man with stab wounds.
A man and a woman, both 43-years-old, were arrested in Dartmouth over the weekend.
Detra Johnson is facing a slew of charges of:
- Attempted murder
- Aggravated assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Robbery
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Breach of probation
Garfield William Flint has been charged with the following offences.
- Attempted murder
- Robbery
- Aggravated assault
- Assault causing bodily harm
- Breach of probation
The pair are also facing charges of break and enter, property damage, and breach of probation after a recent break-in at a home on Ruben Court in Dartmouth.
Additionally, Johnson is facing two counts each of theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property, and breach of probation following two thefts from Kent stores in Dartmouth and Halifax.
