Quarterback Tom Brady has retired from the National Football League.
The 44 year old made the announcement on his social media platforms today.
Brady won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season.
He played 20 seasons with the Pats, and two with the Bucs.
Brady is widely considered to be the greatest quarterback of all time.
