The lights are back on at many homes and businesses in Dartmouth.
More than 20,000 were in the dark this morning, in what Nova Scotia Power called a “transmission interruption.”
Meantime, the Halifax Regional Centre for Education held an early dismissal at many schools in the area because of the outage.
