RCMP have charged a 21-year-old Hubbards man with impaired driving of an ATV.
An officer spotted the vehicle without a license plate in a parking lot on Hammonds Plains Road in Upper Tantallon at around 4 p.m. Monday.
Police say the driver was showing signs of impairment, was arrested, and tests showed he was over the legal limit.
He’s set to appear in court on April 11th to face charges of impaired operation of a conveyance and operation of a conveyance over 80mg%.
The ATV was also towed and the man was ticketed for driving without a licence plate.
