The RCMP will be increasing their presence on the road this week.
The Nova Scotia RCMP will be conducting checkpoints across the province as part of National Impaired Driving Prevention Week.
They’re reminding drivers to report any dangerous activities they see on the road and say they’ll be increasing the number of patrols and sobriety testing this week.
Anyone who refuses a sobriety test could face fines, jail time or a suspension of their license.
